Examples of the types of expertise and services we offer include:
 
Planning
Develop plans, planning templates and strategic methods for integrating special needs and human services issues in emergency systems at International, Federal, state, local, and private sector levels. EAD & Associates, LLC also undertake Continuity of Operations Planning for human service sector agencies.
 
Emergency Educational Training
Create, implement, and conduct training on topics such as community and personal preparedness, special needs planning, and human services in emergency management. EAD & Associates, LLC team members have taught on these topics at the graduate level.
 
International Symbols Research and Development
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on topics related to special needs, human services, and emergency management that result in reports for publishing and further planning purposes. This also includes sophisticated demographic analysis.
 
Resources and Tools
Develop resources and tools for emergency personnel and people with special needs to improve response capability and overall safety.
 
Public Information Guidance and Materials
Develop content for internal/external educational materials such as brochures, informational booklets/pamphlets, websites, newspaper/magazine articles, and radio/television scripts.

Provide technical assistance and advisement in a variety of areas pertaining to special needs, emergency management, and human services through traditional or mentorship structures.
 
Drills/Exercise
Advise, develop, implement, evaluate, and offer recommendations for emergency drills or exercises particularly as they relate to special needs and human service emergency issues.
 
Operational Field Response
Able to activate and deploy teams to assist in a number of capacities during disaster operations from response through short and long term recovery with a particular focus on special needs and human services issues.
 
Presentations and Speaking Engagements
Provide substantial presentations for all types of engagements such as conferences, meetings, retreats, classroom instruction, etc.
